EDWARD P. BRADY, III: Edward Brady, III
is a member of the law firm of Coyne, von Kuhn, Brady & Fries, LLC. Attorney Brady's practice is devoted to civil litigation including claims involving motor
vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, governmental liability, professional liability and personal injury as well as claims involving
insurance companies, such as uninsured motorist claims, coverage issues, and declaratory judgment actions.
Mr. Brady obtained his J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University in 1989 and his B.S. from the University of Connecticut in 1986. He is admitted to practice
law in the State of Connecticut; and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. Mr. Brady is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the
Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. Brady has extensive trial experience and has been a featured speaker at seminars held throughout Connecticut; lecturing on litigation related topics
such as "Trying Your First Premises Liability Case in Connecticut," "Fundamentals of Insurance Liability Law," "Advanced Expert Witness Deposition Tactics
in Connecticut," "Litigating the Connecticut Auto Injury Case," and "Plaintiff's Personal Injury: Practice Tips & Application." Mr. Brady regularly
participates as a faculty member in Continuing Legal Education seminars and instructional programs for healthcare practitioners.
Mr. Brady was born in New Rochelle, New York and resides in Newtown, Connecticut with his family. He is actively involved in community activities, including
coaching various sports such as baseball, softball, soccer and basketball as well as acting as a coach/advisor to a middle school mock trial team.
